02Zero Server Image Upload Architecture

When you upload, drag-and-drop, paste from clipboard, or capture a screenshot in Font Finder Image:

• The image file is loaded strictly into your local browser's memory using JavaScript FileReader and HTML5 Canvas APIs.
• All image preprocessing (grayscale binarization, Otsu thresholding, bounding-box letter isolation, stem measurement) is performed locally by your computer's CPU/GPU.
• At no point is your image transmitted over the internet to our backend servers, cloud buckets, or third-party AI image APIs.
• When you close the browser tab or upload a new image, the previous image data is immediately cleared from local memory.

03Information We Do NOT Collect

Because of our privacy-first design:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses to use the font identifier tool.
• We do not require user account creation, social logins, or credit card billing details.
• We do not collect or analyze any textual content, client branding, private codes, or personal identifiers visible within the cropped image.

04Standard Technical Information & Web Analytics

Like virtually all websites, when you load pages on fontfinderimage.com, our web hosting provider and content delivery network (such as Cloudflare or Vercel) may log standard technical requests to ensure uptime, security, and defense against DDoS attacks.
